From I-90 East and West

Take Exit 4 (Slingerlands, Route 85)
Stay right, take first exit off Route 85 (Washington Ave./State offices)
Travel west .3 miles
Patroon Creek sign and entrance will be on the right

From Washington Ave. heading East

Go pass traffic lights at the University at Albany entrances, pass first State office exit
Take exit for Route 85W, stay left
Take first ramp over Washington Ave., following signs for I-90
Move immediately to right
Patroon Creek sign and entrance will be on right

From Washington Ave. heading West

Go through traffic light at Brevator Street, bear right to Route 85, and then bear left to Patroon Creek Blvd.
Stay in right lane and the sign and entrance to Patroon Creek will be on your right

From the West

Take alternate Route 7 East over the Collar City Bridge to Hoosick Street.
Follow Hoosick Street up and make a left at the 4th traffic light onto 15th Street.
Then take your first right onto New Hampshire Ave.
We are in the brick medical building. Our office is on the second floor, Suite 200.

From Albany to Troy

Take 787 North to Alternate 7 East over the Collar City Bridge to Hoosick Street.
Follow Hoosick Street up and make a left at the 4th traffic light onto 15th Street.
Then take your first right onto New Hampshire Avenue.
We are the brick medical building. Our office is on the second floor, Suite 200.
