The best time to call for an appointment is between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. If you are a new patient to our practice, your initial examination, depending on the complexity of the problem, will take approximately one hour. Please try to arrive 15 minutes early to complete a patient registration form. Follow-up examinations are usually scheduled for 15 minutes to one-half hour depending on the nature of the problem and the length of time since the last visit. We try our best to stay on schedule, although emergencies sometimes arise. If we are seriously delayed, we will try to notify you beforehand, if possible. We ask your patience if you have to wait; we know your time is valuable. If you are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late, please call the office as soon as possible. This courtesy allows us to be of service to other patients who are in need of our care. The office is generally open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
